The flap hinge was drilled in place on the bottom spar of the left flap. It was clamped at the outboard end and I moved to the inboard end drilling every second hole for teh hinfe.
I left the hinge together as specified in the plans. The hinge has to be cut to the final size. It moves nice a free,
